Registration fees include;

• Graduate students and early-career researchers in Türkiye can apply for financial support through the TÜBİTAK 2224-B Grant Program to attend CleanTech2025. For eligibility criteria, application guidelines, and deadlines, please visit the website.

Accommodation fees include;

3-night accommodation in an all-inclusive hotel (all drinks and all meals from the buffet, coffee breaks, lunch breaks)

Student Package

We made procedure easier for students to join the CleanTech. For just 180€, students can have;

• 1 night accommodation in a shared double room,

• 2 day full access to the congress.

Registration Policy

1. All the registration and accommodation fees are shown in Euro (€) and include local VAT.

2. To qualify for the listed rates, registration fees must be paid before the deadline.

3. Full payment of registration fees must be paid before the deadline to receive a confirmation of participation.

4. Registrations cannot be confirmed without full payment.

5. The deadline for presenter authors ends with Early-Bird registration, for your abstract to be included in the Scientific Programme, registration must be completed by the Early-Bird registration deadline.
   
   

Payment Details

Credit Card

Visa and Mastercard payments must be 3D Secure authenticated, otherwise, payment requests may be declined. If your card isn’t 3D Secure enabled, please contact your bank to have this feature activated.

Bank Transfer

1. All fees are to be paid in Euro (€).

2. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, the participant’s name and surname must be written in the description area.

3. For payments made by bank transfer, the transfer cost must be covered by the participant. Otherwise, this cost needs to be paid at the registration desk.

4. After the payment, the receipt must be shared with the Organizing Secretariat via registration@cleantechcongress.org to receive a confirmation of the registration.

Terms and Conditions

General

1. Early registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the late-registration fees will be applied.

2. Late registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the on-site registration fees will be applied.

3. Registrations are valid for those who register and complete the payment. Registrations are non-transferable.

4. For those who do not stay at the hotel, the registration fee includes participation in scientific programs, lunch, refreshments between 09:00 and 18:00, wifi connection, and Delegate Materials. If you would like to stay after 18:00, you will need to pay another daily fee.

5. The accompanying person's fee only includes accommodation and social programs.

6. Child discounts are only valid with two parents.

   1st child is free at 0-12 ages

   2nd child is free at 0-2 ages

7. Registration for the CleanTech 2025: Hydrogen and PV Breakthroughs is secured via payment of the appropriate registration fee.

8. In cases of overpayment or double payment, refund requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail to registration@cleantechcongress.org. Refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the Congress.

9. All participants can use the transportation between the hotel and Antalya Airport at certain times. (Transportation will be organized at fixed times and announced on the congress website. Personal requests may not be accommodated.)  

10. For participants who do not stay at the congress hotel, the fee is 150€.

Cancellation Policy

1. Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by the Organizing Secretariat (registration@cleantechcongress.org) until 15 September 2025. The cancellation fee is 20€.

2. Cancellations after 15 September 2025 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

3. A change of attendance is possible until 15 September 2025. The processing fee is 50€.

4. Registration or participation changes after 15 September 2025 are not possible.

5. There is no reason (including illness etc.) for registration cancellation that makes the above-mentioned deadline for cancellations inapplicable. 

Insurance

The organizers cannot accept liability for personal accident, loss, or damage to private property that may occur as a result of participation in the CleanTech 2025: Hydrogen and PV Breakthroughs.
